Muhammad Idrees, MD, Pediatrician

Welcome, Dr. Muhammad Idrees to Oak Orchard Health in Batavia.

With over 25 years of experience as a board-certified pediatrician, Dr. Idrees continues his practice at Oak Orchard Health in Batavia.

He chose a medical career because of his unwavering passion for helping others and his desire to have a positive impact on people’s lives. Medicine allows him to apply his analytical skills to real-world challenges while providing compassionate care to patients.

Dr. Idrees chose to specialize in pediatrics because of his deep-seated desire to care for children and his firm commitment to improving their health and well-being. From a young age, he always felt a natural connection with children and has found immense joy in interacting with them. He continues to be drawn to pediatrics because of the opportunity to play a pivotal role in shaping children’s health outcomes and supporting their growth and development.

In pediatrics, Dr. Idrees sees an opportunity to align his values of empathy, compassion, and advocacy with his professional aspirations to provide high-quality holistic care to some of the most vulnerable members of our society. He strives to build strong relationships with families based on trust, respect, and open communication. By actively listening to their concerns, preferences, and goals, he hopes to empower them to take an active role in their healthcare journey.

According to Dr. Idrees, one of the most rewarding aspects of pediatrics is witnessing the resilience and optimism that children possess, even in the face of illness or adversity. These moments reaffirm his dedication to providing compassionate, family-centered care that not only addresses the medical needs of children but also supports their emotional well-being.

Dr. Idrees is a father of three children and enjoys spending his free time with them. He is also an avid reader.
