Formerly a private practice, the newly renovated Medina health center joined the Oak Orchard family in 2022 to preserve quality primary and pediatric care access to the community. We’re proud to be part of this historic canal town, where our namesake Oak Orchard Creek passes through. Family Nurse Practitioner, Michelle Okonieczny—who resides right in the neighborhood—leads our Medina health center along with staff familiar to the Medina community.
