Megan Krebs, LMSW, Behavioral Health Therapist

Listening to the stories of her grandparents and what life was like for them had a major impact on Megan. She was always naturally inclined to see beauty in the hardship of other people’s stories, which guided her to become a helping professional.

Megan was influenced by the late psychologist Carl Rogers founder of the Person-Centered theory. She believes at the core that there is an inherent goodness in others and that people are experts in their own lives. Through supportive nonjudgmental psychotherapy, patients are given the space to process and meet their needs and future goals.

She stands firmly with the value of access to mental health care for everyone, especially in rural and underserviced areas. Megan enjoys being challenged and providing care to a wide range of patients, including age and diagnosis. She also values working through a trauma informed care approach as a large majority of patients have experienced a trauma event and/or adverse child experiences.

In her spare time she takes on fixer upper projects at her home.
