Hayley Mandel, LMHC

As a licensed mental health counselor, Hayley treats both adults and children. She enjoys connecting with others and working to better understand mental health and how it can impact lives.

Hayley had some early influences that helped her career choice, specifically having family and friends who struggled with mental health.

Her approach to patient care is “person-centered,” meeting people where they are. She is very satisfied by listening and understanding while exploring their strengths to help them achieve their goals. Collaborating with medical providers for wrap-around care is also critical to healthy lives.

Hayley has many interests, including spending time with family, exercising, baking, and trying new eateries. She also enjoys visiting the Adirondacks.
