Emma Wilson, LMHC

Oak Orchard is happy to welcome Emma Wilson to our Behavioral Health team in Hornell. As a therapist, Emma believes it is important to be open, empathic, genuine, and non-judgmental with each patient and family that she works with. The goal is to highlight patient strengths and better understand the underlying motivation for change.

Emma believes that caring for our mental health is just as important as our physical health.

Emma has experience with community health centers and chose to come to Oak Orchard Health where she can offer a variety of services to support mental health. Oak Orchard Health works toward increasing access to care and reducing the barriers.

In her spare time, she is very busy. Besides spending time with her family and friends, you can also find her hanging out with her two dogs. She also enjoys going to the gym and staying active. Being outside and camping when the weather is nice is another passion. Her current hobby is playing music – guitar and cello and is also learning how to play piano.
