Health and safety
during COVID-19
COVID-19 UPDATE:
When you come to an Oak Orchard location, you are still required to wear a mask — even if you’re fully vaccinated! It’s for your protection and required by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC). Their new masking requirements for people fully vaccinated against COVID-19 do not apply to health care settings. “This means that staff, patients, residents and visitors should continue to wear masks as recommended in all healthcare facilities,” the agency said. When that changes, we’ll let you know.
Health center visits
If you or your child have a cough or fever, do NOT come into a health center. Call us first so we can access your symptoms and advise you of the next steps.
Use our secure patient website
This short video will show you how to access a private patient portal and a related app for your smartphone. Then you’ll be able to see your lab results, send messages, receive appointment reminders, view or print your visit summary, and so much more. Set up your patient portal today. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gZT_mLkNxgw
