Ashlee is a graduate of Nazareth University and works at the Oak Orchard Health (OOH) Brockport office. She chose a community health center because she appreciates the ease of access to behavioral health services for patients with and without insurance. People have busy and complex lives and OOH makes it easier to access medical and mental health services.
Her approach to therapy is person centered, strengths based and aimed at increasing mind-body connection. Ashlee also believes that everyone has a purpose, uniquely designed for them. This is utilized as an anchor point throughout session to serve as a motivator to remind someone of their worth. Currently, Ashlee is increasing her training in Exposure and Response Prevention therapy to help treat OCD and the Emotional Freedom Technique with Tapping to process trauma. Outside of work Ashlee enjoys being with her family, friends and moving her body through Pilates!
